We are delighted to welcome Laura Sharpe to our board of trustees.

Laura joins our team with a considerable amount of charity sector experience and we are incredibly pleased she chose to join us.

“I’m so pleased to be joining the team at Home-Start Banbury, Bicester & Chipping Norton as a member of the Board of Trustees.

I’ve spent most of my career working in the charity sector with a special interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and International Development. I’m glad to be able to use my experience to support a cause that is very close to my heart. 

In April 2020 I became a mum and learned that it really does take a village to raise a child! Being a parent is a wonderful and rewarding job but it’s hard work too and parents need support to give their children the best start in life. 

The service that Home-Start provides is such an important part of that support network for many local families. I’m thrilled to be joining a fantastic, dedicated and passionate team of people who work so hard to help families flourish.”
