We are delighted to welcome Faith Altamura to our staff team as our new Administrator.

Faith is excited to be joining Home Start Banbury, Bicester & Chipping Norton. Her background is in charity administration and she has lived locally all of her life. Faith’s caring, friendly and helpful nature will mean she’s an asset to the team.

Faith said…

“I was initially drawn to Home Start because of the great work it does supporting families in the local community. I am passionate about coming alongside others and supporting them to achieve their best as this was something that friends and family did for me when my children were young.

I have spent most of my career in charity administration and community development, previously working at a youth and community centre and volunteering for the local council, at a foodbank and with various other charities in Banbury and Oxford. A few years ago, I took some time out from working to study and got a degree is in Politics and International Relations. I’m looking forward to being able to use my skills and experience to support this great charity.

Away from work I live with my two sons and I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, baking, being in nature and drinking coffee (lots of coffee!!!).”
